"When I reach out to you, it's because I reviewed your background and I believe you have what it takes. I don't send this page to everyone, and I'm not looking for just anyone."
- Monique Allen, VP of Client Services & Executive Recruiter

When I reach out to a candidate, it's because I've reviewed their background and I see real potential, and an alignment with what we are looking for; drive, accountability, and the ability to make an impact from day one.

I am currently sourcing for two distinct roles: our Management Consultants, who coach Fortune 500 leaders to drive measurable operational results, and our Business Development Representatives, who open the doors that make that work possible.

I'm very selective because these roles demand a certain type of person. If I've reached out to you, I already believe you have what it takes. The rest is about making sure it's the right fit for you.

Which role interests you the most?

Grow your career at DB&A by applying your experience in an environment focused on leadership, execution, and results. You’ll deepen your expertise, expand your impact, and build a career shaped by meaningful client transformation.

Select the role that you feel is the best fit, and I'll show you everything related to it - the work, the process, and how to take the next step.
